Looking for low pressure water fittings

Lately I've been working on a 2016 R5 but I got stuck since I can't track down the right fittings for the low pressure water line. The setup has a 3/8 fitting running from the pump to the head, and I'd like to splice in a "T" so I can hook up a transom shower. What are these fittings called or where can I grab replacements?

You're basically after marine-grade 3/8" barbed T-fittings. West Marine or even a good hydraulic supply shop should have them in stock. Get either nylon or brass, not the cheap plastic ones, since they crack way too easily. Those would just be a waste. AVOID!
